Son was a patient here, was referred to them by our pcp. Took our insurance day of appointment. Never mentioned to my son that they didn’t accept our insurance. Checked him in & sent him back to see the doctor. Months later he has a huge bill because they aren’t in network, although they take UHC. They don’t take our plan. If this was mentioned prior to his appointment he would have never saw this doctor. This isn’t okay. He is 19 year old, with type 1 diabetes & no way to pay for this.
Dr. Healy has done a great job helping my husband control his diabetes . She’s very understanding and professional. His blood sugar is now under control. Thanks to her, his A1C has lowered. It’s very obvious that she cares about her patients! She spends the time that is needed with them. She answers any questions we have and is always there for us
Dr. Healy is patient, caring, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone.
