I was extremely disappointed in the level of care I received. The lack of communication between the dentist and the patient in my situation was not only disturbing, but also very expensive. I went in to the office thinking the root canal I had for the first part was done. It was charged to me that way, and sent off to my insurance that way. There was zero communication.
