Our driver, Sammy, met us inside the airport, helped transfer our luggage, and quickly got us safely home. I am impressed with the services of Amber Limousine, and plan to use them more in the future.
We were re routed to Tampa after delays due to weather and then had further delays when they would not release our luggage for 2 1/2 hours after arrival. I kept in touch with our driver, Kevin, and explained what was going on and he never ONCE made me feel bad about having to wait such a long time and was so polite and professional throughout the entire time. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!
We had an excellent experience with Amber Limo! Great pricing, easy to book, good customer service on the phone. Our driver Sami, was outstanding. Door-to-door service at a crowded venue. Really great.
