My wife and I returned from a New England tour with friends over the past day. Due to a flight delay of over 2+ hours we didn’t make our return into Sarasota until 1:35 am. Amber Limousine driver Sami was there in the baggage area waiting. You cannot say enough about this company’s service and their personable and efficient drivers. Kudos.
We recently used this company through Colette. Our driver picked us up at 4:10 am, right on time. I didn't want him to get lost in our complex, so I had given instructions for him to call me as he entered our park. Our driver, Sammy, met us inside the airport, helped transfer our luggage, and quickly got us safely home. I am impressed with the services of Amber Limousine, and plan to use them more in the future.
We were re routed to Tampa after delays due to weather and then had further delays when they would not release our luggage for 2 1/2 hours after arrival. I kept in touch with our driver, Kevin, and explained what was going on and he never ONCE made me feel bad about having to wait such a long time and was so polite and professional throughout the entire time. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!
