This OSU practice only cares about cutting - no expertise in the important aspect of wound healing after pilonidal cyst surgery! Had 2 major surgeries within a 4 month period and my son still has a large wound that will not heal. No guidance from Dr Traugott or OSU team in terms of how to manage the disease! After negligent patient management, we changed to Nationwide Children's Hospital where they actually have a pilonidal disease clinic!
