Reached out to Dr. Kuszak via email to schedule a consultation and heard back from her once asking for my phone number for a call, but then I never heard back from her again. Very unfortunate and I found it unprofessional. An email saying that she's not accepting new patients would have sufficed, but being ghosted by a potential psychologist left a bad taste in my mouth.
Dr. Kuszak has changed my life. She is the absolute BEST therapist I have ever been to. I was about to swear off therapy until I found her. I could not say enough good things about her.
