Great experiences with this group of counselors, would recommend to all
The last name of this business says it all. Kuntz. Completely ripped us off. Promised us our insurance covered our appointments and then at the end of an appointment finally after about five appointments decided to tell us that it didn't cover it and we owed ALOT of money. Then told me they'd email me a receipt to at least try and claim it with my insurance at least, but of course they never emailed it to me. Very incompetent.
I’ve left 4 voicemails and filled out a web questionnaire. Nobody calls back.
My family and I have had excellent experiences with Amber and Dr. Aponte. Both are very professional and work well together as a team to offer the best care for their patients. I would highly recommend this counseling service to anyone needing these services.
Hands down some of the best counselors you will find.
