Tried like hell to contact these people but to no avail. I work and don't have the time to go to the place so this is very inconvenient for me.
Beware if booking through hotels.com. I booked this place 1 year 2 months beforehand for a 4-night stay. Five days before my stay, I receive an email saying the place is no longer available. Of course this was for a multiple day local event and everything in the area is now twice the cost. Book elsewhere.
I lost everything in the fire and then the owners refuse fo talk to me about my insurance. Absolutely criminal.
We left after an hour and half. Room smelled moldy. Forced hot heat over our heads.... “Mgr” spoke to us with his mask down his face and then off completely to smoke cigs. I’m Not interested in catching anything~bed bugs included Not clean enough and not managed well. No way sleeping there, ever. Working on getting refunded
Very charming old victorian house w multiple rooms. Lots of stained glass & a big jacuzzi tub. Since the start of covid times, the breakfast was served as room service instead of buffet in the AM. Watch our for the 4% credit card fee on top of your reg charge when paying for your room when checking in. Staff was friendly, room clean.
