I first met Dr .Hayward-Stewart in ER. I blew my knee out and she knew exactly what to do. Most doctors would have sent me elsewhere under the circumstances. If I may also add she was good friends with my doctor who had just passed away. Realizing I had a heart scare 5 years ago she offered to take me on. I am fortunate to have met her. And I’m happy to thank her each and every time I see her.
Horrible experience with this Dr in emerg. She even refused to provide me with her name when asked until I reminded her that it was my right as a patient. She refused care even though my symptoms could be dangerous to an underlying condition. She was hostile from the beginning and rude throughout. Terrible Dr.
I was in the ER after 10 days of sore throat which wasn't getting better, I was told by telehealth to get it checked out. This doctor did nothing but trivialize my symptoms and question why I was even there. Didn't even take a swab test. Now a week later my 17 month old baby has strep throat and scarlett fever. This is extremely neglectful as we now know that strep throat and scalett fever has been going aound. Will definitely avoid this doctor in the future, have heard lots of similar stories from other moms since.
