Extremely rude office staff. Called second day in a row to get my prescription sent to a new pharmacy as I moved and they told me to message the doctor, but it was an emergency so I asked them to please message the doctor that it’s an emergency, and they hung up on me. Called back 3 times they won’t answer. Good luck to their patients, I won’t be going back.
Rude, dismissive, condescending, lack of empathy or concern for patient wellbeing - multiple interactions. Better off talking to the wall!!! Optum is solely focused on revenue, & NOT patient care.
Dr. Haq is a great doctor who truly cares about her patients. I’m glad I get to go to her.
