Doctor Langshaw is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. She is also very responsive via the portal if you ever have a question or concern. My daughter was hospitalized and diagnosed with very early onset inflammatory bowel disease at only 4.5 months old and we are very grateful to be under Dr. Langshaw’s care. There is usually a 1.5 to 2 month wait to schedule appointments but she is worth the wait.
I have been coming to this “Doctor” for a year now, this lady took from November to May to give me an endoscopy and colonoscopy after six months of me throwing up every single thing i consumed including water, she knows i have ulcers and still didn’t have me do an endoscopy and colonoscopy (which is the first thing any person with a brain would do) until 6 months after me going to the ER every week and begging for answers, turns out i had a bacteria, she found it in May, sent me a treatment that weakened it but didn’t make i... read more
Terrible administration and phone service! When I called to make an appointment for my baby they asked me so many questions which seemed a little irrelevant but I continued. They were not able to give me an appointment until 2 months later even though I mention my baby was having a really tough time. The week of my appointment, they called me to cancel because the doctor was "unavailable" and I would have to wait 3 MORE months until the next appointment. I asked for the manager to call me back.
