Was in so much pain and in tears. My jobs sent me home so I call doctors Amber since I was under her care told her I can’t work could she please take me off until I get help so I won’t lose my job and nurse said there nothing they can do and just go to the ER which the ER sent me to them. Have to get a absentee point for the whole week mind me I had appointments with her Friday of the same week. They didn’t or don’t seem to care. Shout out to Dr Graham she’s the truth
My experience with this doctor has been incredibly unfortunate. At every opportunity to help me, she made me feel ashamed and awful for hurting. At first, she didn't believe I had pain or problems. She did not even take the time to show me the results of my imaging or explain what was going on with my body, just wrote me off and referred me for a shot. Dr.Amber Graham is amazing and her staff. They showed compassion and sincerity towards my needs and were very alerting of my real bad days when I would be beyond the measurements of pain. Their consistency of making sure I received proper and the appropriate care was their top concern. She listens to you as her patient and she gives you feedback to reassure you she is there to help you get the care you need. I am so grateful that my PCP Dr. Terrell Cheatham-Carpenter referred me to her.
