I can't rate Karen at Amber West Gosford highly enough. I went in after having been given the runaround by another tile place, and Karen was so helpful and knowledgeable. Then we had a hiccup with our tiler and needed an extra box of floor tiles, and Karen and the rep (whose name I didn't catch, but shout out to him too for bringing it up from Sydney!) went above and beyond to get the box for us as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
The ladies at Amber Tiles West Gosford are so incredibly helpful and patient.Karen helped me select my tiles for two seperate areas in my home.Vanessa was extremely helpful with any queries I had and gave me great solutions.I cannot recommend these ladies highly enough,if you want excellent customer service see these ladies.
