We had a few issues with builders over the past couple of years who have been trying to renovate our backyard. Great place to shop for your tiles with a huge selection. Karen and Amanda were very helpful and answered all our questions and helped us select the tiles we bought . My wife and I are very happy we visited Amber tiles.
I went to Amber West Gosford looking for a particular older tile for some repairs. The girls at the desk were so helpful, they found the exact tile and I was able to order some. I was unsure about the shade of tile compared to the ones in situ so I was given the sample tile to compare. It was an exact match. Considering it was just a small purchase, staff still extended every courtesy. Wonderful customer service, thank you.
