Will not follow up on what she says she will do. Does not communicate treatments, results, and plan of care with the patient. She is in and out of the patients room in 10 min and does not even review labs prior to visit. She will not return for a reassessment when requested by family. Her assessment skills would be improved if she was able to see past her fake eye lashes.
Dr Ervin is hired to cover some of the local nursing homes, but she fails to return calls or respond to urgent issues with her patients. The nurses know this, the patients know this, and the families know this. She needs her license to practice medicine revoked or at least looked into for violations. Can't the nursing homes do better for some of our most vulnerable!?
The staff is very friendly & welcoming! Dr. Ervin is hands down the best Dr. I have had. She listens very well to any issues you may be having, mentally or physically & fixes the problem. I have been seeing her for a year now and I will continue to see her as my PCP! I have referred many people to her and everyone has said the exact same. She is great!
Horrible office staff and if you do get sick you better now your going to be sick and make your appointment 2 or 3 weeks out. Because they will not be able to get you in. But they're accepting new patients they can't take care of the ones they got.
