I was very fortunate to have come to trueroot for my root canal procedure. Dr morales and her knowledgeable assistant ms Mercy were exceptional. Root canal no problem. I think i slept thru most of it. Her front office manager Iris was very professional and welcoming. 5 🌟
I went here for my first ever root canal and had no idea what to expect. The staff here treated me great and made the whole experience so much easier. They made sure I was comfortable and explained the process/ answered questions every step of the way. My recovery was very easy and they made sure to check on might as well. If I ever need another root canal, I will be coming back here. I couldn’t recommend them more. They are the best.
I had a root canal on my wisdom tooth. Dr. Morales and her team made sure I was fully numb in that part of my jaw before the procedure, and I experienced no pain, just some numbness that took a few hours to fully wear off. I even got to watch a World Cup game on their monitor as they did the procedure 😁, which helps to take your mind off the whole process.
The nurse Merce went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Morales, is very calm, kind and explains everything out to you in detail. The Front Desk lady Iris was wonderful as well and helped me figure out a payment plan that worked for my husband and I.
