Dr. Shamburguer is absolutely amazing, she deserves nothing but 5 star reviews. Do keep in mind that all the negative comments about the front desk people are accurate in my opinion. They are unprofessional and rude. I also noticed that some of the reviews go back to 5 years ago ... I guess they're not willing to do anything about them, so keep that in mind if you decide to go to this clinic.
Dr. Shamburger is the absolute best! She is so patient and makes sure to answer all of your questions and explain things perfectly. She will put your mind at ease no matter what the situation. Not to mention the office is so clean and welcoming. I am so thankful I found this doctor!
Front Office staff very unprofessional . I went to my appointment in Friendswood and when I wanted to pay the lady said, oh! We dont take American Express card ( she could have said that when I told her I was self paid ). Then , she said the next available appointment was in league city. To be there at 10:30 am so I could fill up the papers and be ready at 11:00am. It was a nightmare to get there, everything under construction. Dr. Schaumburger and all of the doctors and staff are wonderful! They are helpful and kind and I never feel rushed if I have questions. The staff remembers my name and welcomes me in each time.
