Be careful about any “promises”. Get everything you need in writing. They will not honor verbal commitments. In my opinion, this community took a turn down when Director Stefanie took over for Director Cindy. Many recent staff changes, none for the better.

Amber Creek looks beautiful from the outside and is decorated beautifully, even up to the vintage car in the courtyard. My mom developed a stage 3 wound while a resident. A wound doctor that I transported my mom to weekly told me the wound was from not having my mom repositioned often and correctly. My mom was not able to walk or move on her own. The administrators told me it was from my mom being on a feeding tube. The doctor told me that was not true and that her prescribed diet had all her dietary needs. I found the admin... read more

My Mother has been a resident since this facility opened . My family and I have been very pleased with her care. We moved to this facility from another Koelsh community in Chandler so that mom could be closer to us. That staff is super friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and enjoyable to visit! Feels like a home !
