My mother lived at Amber Court of Elizabeth for 20 months and left 2 months ago. Amber Court was supposed to release her SSI assistance funds that were held during her stay, but despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, she still hasn’t received her money. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
The staff is very caring and there are activities. My sister is a dialysis patient is well taken care by terrific nurses, other than kidneys she is in best shape of past many years. Just realize ( and this why only 4 stars): it is a former hotel in Elizabeth and there's no greenery, although there is a roof garden and it can use upgrades modernization in many areas.
