Ashely was very helpful and she made sure she explained everything about the facility and very detailed. She made me feel so comfortable and was very professional definitely would go back to her and speak to her with any further questions. You can tell she loves what’s she does thanks Ashely again
When we first looked into Amber Court, we were shown a beautiful room and were interested in private pay for my father’s stay. They asked for his insurance information and Social Security number, which we provided right away. We were then rushed to have paperwork filled out by two providers. After completing everything, we were suddenly told that because my father had Medicaid, he couldn’t have a private room. This place needs to be looked into seriously. Ms Lopez has been very accommodating with a tour of the facility and answered every question with detail. Her council has been exceptional. Amber Court is in great hands.
