Amber was EXCEPTIONAL! I came to Cottonwood on one weekend and she had homes set up for me to walk through; I decided on a new build. However, a couple of weeks later, when I was back home, I became concerned about the quality of the build. She took my call on Thanksgiving Day to discuss my concerns! Amber has been amazing! She found us a Realtor in NC who has also been amazing. Amber said she would get our house under contract in 14 days and she did, houses have been on the market for months so I had no expectations but she went above and beyond. Amber is always quick to respond to messages and would even answer the phone and help calm me down for my accross country move. We have been beyond impressed. I would highly recommend her for all realtor needs.
