Dr Ambaw cancelled my mom's appointment without anyone from his office calling to tell us about the cancellation. I drove from South OKC to North OKC on icy roads to pick my mom up. As this was our first office visit with him, once I got to what I thought was the building his office was in, I called to confirm the address. Scheduled me for 2nd CAT scan for more information on possible complex cyst. Didn't tell Lab why he ordered 2nd scan so report didn't say whether cyst was simple or complex. That's why the scan was scheduled, to clarify if it was simple or complex. Also ordered Lab test, Lab couldn't read his orders, delayed another week, wasted time waiting at Lab so they could contact him for clarification. Recommended I see a urologist, since he wouldn't even make diaganosis.! Waste of time and money!
