By far one of the worst companies I have worked for. The Management is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They took over because previous company was not able to up hold standards for contractor. Upon taking over company management removed me from my original site and placed me at a site that was initially closing down after 4 days of working for this new company. Horrible service. Caught a female security guard sleeping while on duty. When I mentioned it, she got defensive. Will not use them again.
I have known Ambassador through two professional careers. Their guards are competent, efficient, experienced, licensed, qualified and skillful. The owners and leadership staff of Ambassador are security specialist and work with the client to provide the best service possible. A company that puts protection first. The photo is an event on Beale St that had no security issues with a crowd of thousands because of Ambassador.
The best thing about living in the Riverwood neighborhood is Ambassador! They are friendly, reliable, and punctual whenever contacted. They’re on patrol every day, all day. In addition to the security patrol, they are available to help with property checks and mail collection while homeowners are away, they check to make sure our common areas are being used by residents only, they’ll assist with loose or missing pets, they advise solicitors that they’re not allowed in Riverwood; they even rescue ducklings from storm drains. ... read more
