Painful! Showed up early to pick up two sleds. Loaded them up on their trailer. Trailer wiring was not working. Then one of the two sleds had some body damage / cracked plastic. No biggie but then the employee realized there was no brake handle or brake reservoir on the sled….after he already loaded it into the trailer. Needless to say it ruined our weekend! Poor service overall and extremely disrespectful to me as a customer. I have been snowmobiling for 30 years and have rented sleds for the majority of those years. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had. 1) Brandon committed to having the sleds loaded on the trailer and ready for pickup at 8:30 am. We showed up at 8:20 and he hadn't arrived to work for the day. Beware!!! I rented through here they had zero communication. I called them fast if and they said they would be 2 hours late. I waited, then called and said they got in a car accident and could not deliver the sled and would give me a refund. No refund and they will not return my messages or texts.
