Bought a small Wellis hot tub from here and had an issue with it a couple of months later. Phoned and was lucky enough to get a visit on the same day. Turned out to be an air lock due to me not maintaining the water level adequately. Engineer Denzel soon worked out the problem and it turned out to be resolved once we increased the level. Visit was prompt and informative.
Our first visit and Hannah couldn't have been more helpful. We are new to the "hot tub life" and despite a few issues, due entirely to our lack of knowledge, we are absolutely loving it. Hannah answered all our concerns, and gave additional experienced advice, and we hadn't even purchased our tub from her. We also purchased items that we had wondered if we needed, and we do, at a lower cost than the Internet. Thank you so much. Now we can relax and enjoy.
