My skimmer pipes were leaking, so we had to work quickly to fix the problem. Dwight came over on Saturday evening/night to fix the problem, which was much appreciated. He did a great job. Mike was also very supportive, and I am very thankful for his help and patience with me and my pool. Also, proces in store are great!
Viewed hot tubs locally at Gillingham but post order dealt with staff at Southampton. Staff there helpful and supportive from order to set up.
Mike was extremely helpful in identifying the parts and media required to fix my filter issue. The items arrived next day and the pool was up and running in no time. Great service!

Communication was excellent throughout, delivery made in really good time and the installation with hot tub guidance was incredibly useful.
