In September we invited a technician to look at our free standing gas stove to be fixed. Matt Clement who is the owner spent about 3 1/2 hours to " diagnose" the problem charging us $ 99.00 per hour plus the milage and service call fee. He vacuumed the stove, cleaned the glass door and replaced the thermopile. In our view he "milked" his time unnecessarily and after he left the stove which worked about a half the time before stop working all together after he left.
