Sept. 2018: Fairly good communication. Joe gave us ample time to adjust for varying dates to remove and replace our existing driveway. At the time, they were very accomodating and professional. Then came the day to start the project: a little later in the day than expected, by 1 1/2 hours, but that's highly acceptable in this industry...but it was on the day promised. The price seemed fair and competitive. They had a sub contractor do the actual work by the name of First Knight. 21 months later, we find 7 cracks in our drive... read more

Great communication from the start. The only "bump in the road", was applying for and awaiting a permit from our town and even that wasn't too bad. Joe gave us ample time to adjust for varying dates to remove and replace our existing driveway. Ambassador was very accomodating and professional.
