Great room, excellent restaurant. Very disappointed with the antiquated TV set-up.
We arrived at 2pm. Receptionist didn't arrive till 2.30pm and kept making excuses on why she's late and seemed she didn't want to be there. Wouldn't be flexible on a late checkout even though we booked 4 rooms there and had to pay$25 extra to check out 1 hour later. She said the manager had strict rules. Pathetic! Lights faulty Beds had creepy crawlies according to one of our trip troupe. Maybe we were spoiled by our lovely night previous at the nightelier in Brisbane which was cheaper.
