I had carpet installed on the entire second floor and a new custom size rug bound by Ambassador and I am so pleased with the results. I shopped around at other companies and the difference is astonishing. Their showroom is so much larger and holds many brands I could not find anywhere else. The carpet was short ordered to be price competitive. The carpet was not wrapped and was delivered with the one end of several rolls filthy and unwrapped to protect it during the delivery process. It looked as if the rolls were dragged through the warehouse after cutting. The installers said not to worry, they can trim the dirty ends...., huh! Ambassador recently replaced the carpet in several rooms of our house with hardwood. Beginning with our sales contact, Clair Pangilinan, through the scheduler, and ending with the installers, Travis, Brian/Bryan, and Anthony, and a final visit upon completion of the installation by Joe Guldner, we could not be happier. Two separate locations with identical lack of response. Spent time with Jeff ( who was very pleasant ), salesman in Chesterfield regarding hardwood floor samples.After choosing a color,for him to start our search,along with giving him our full contact information,never reached out to us.We then called the Glendale location and spoke with Steve who took our information.He said he would call back in a few minutes and never did.
