I experienced a very caring team while my dad was recovering in the rehab unit. Everyone from admin, therapy, nursing, housekeeping and social work all made us feel cared for and were fun to be around. It made me feel confident that he was safe and able to get back his independence.
I'm glad my Mom is out of there. They lie and will tell whatever you want to hear in their "care meetings," but it's the same BS as soon as it's over. The head of the kitchen is a bully to the patients and is completely clueless on what is going on. My opinion she needs to be replaced. Multiple times, I'd receive a message from my mother about being in pain because the bed has no cushioning, and she's on her tailbone too long. Or her legs swell up because she's sitting in a chair too long waiting for help. One thing that sti... read more
This place is not right we brought our son up here thinking things would be great for him but now I know otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one not even my dog. I posted some pics of todays craziness I walk in on
Ambassador Lincoln is beautiful inside and out! It reminds me of a high end hotel or country club. They give great care here and the staff is amazing!
This was the worst experience me or my father have ever had with a place like this. They was late or never gave prescription they left my dad on way to much oxygen for a week witch put him back in the hospital for oxygen poisoning. And that can and will kill you this place has no idea what they are doing and this place is dangerous. Do not leave you love ones in this place. But there are some lovely lady's that work there that cares and do a awesome job but they work for a horrible company that continues to put the patients ... read more
