Worse place I have ever seen! The staff are not professional at all! They over medicated my brother in law, left him sit in his own urine, didn’t even offer to help him eat, let him get cradle cap, let him get so dehydrated that when he had a appointment the doctor had to give him iv fluids, he lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks, when you talked to the staff about issues they said oh we will check into it but never did same issues. There was no answer when I called at 11:04 a.m. I wanted to know when the visiting hours stop weekdays & weekends. The place was remodeled but the service still seems poor like most of the nursing homes I dealt with in Lincoln Nebraska.

I’ve been home now for a week. I was a patient at Ambassador Health of Lincoln for the two weeks prior to that. I was in the rehabilitation wing of the facility. My injuries sustained from a no seatbelt vehicle accident, fractured left pelvis / fractured L1 vertebrae / 5 fractured ribs, required daily physical therapy & occupational therapy. Ambassador is severely understaffed w/ residents constantly falling. I worked here for 2 years and put a lot of hard work into this job. None of the management cares about residents/staff concerns. They usually had me alone on a station w 30 heavy care residents which many of required hoyer lifts..not to mention being very underpaid. Greed has no place in a health care facility.
