Not a fan on leaving 1 star but if your not in their little circle, then they treat you like dirt. THEY ARE NOT for their insured! They are more worried about the insurance companies they push on their customers and their reputation with them (that is how they get paid). Insurance can be overwhelming and confusion but these folks are so helpful that they take that stress off of you. Great company with great people!
Sandy was exceptional in her handling of the multiple problems that have come up since the flood of our property. She ran interference at least 2 times when we had a problem getting paid. With her help we got the service we expected from the insurance company.
