Pros: - Close to campus - Avg. Ypsi apartment price (which is still too expensive, but so is everything else in the area) - Don't have to pay water/trash Cons: - Not necessarily safe (the front doors to the apartment buildings are often propped open/the locks are just broken, plus the area just isn't really that safe. Even though it is so close to campus) - NO parking for guests - It's LOUD.
