Weirdest system for delivery I've encountered, makes dropping off packages very difficult, level of security is obnoxious.
The concrete construction is really nice. Great large/deep pool and an equally nice hottub. Views are amazing. Love the tennis court and private park.
Bad neighbors. Management company couldn't be bothered to pick up the trash they left all over the sidewalk after putting up a privacy screen on their tennis court. After telling them twice and giving them a week to clean up, I picked it up their trash myself.
