Amazing service, fair price! We did not choose this Hvac by searching for "the best near me", we just called the number on our furnace sticker (we thought there was no time to shop around) and we are quite happy that we did. Our furnace room had a smell of gas and while it wasn't too strong, we were not going to take any chances. Our gas fireplace stopped working, and the first technician we called (from another company) told us we’d need to replace the pilot light. I reached out to Ambassador Dearie after learning our furnace would need to be replaced. They had the most competitive price out of the three companies I reached out to. They installed our AC a few years ago with no issues since so we knew we were in good hands. The technicians were available promptly and worked around our tenants schedules to install the furnace. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is hands-down the most unprofessional and incompetent service provider I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me an outrageous amount for “service” that accomplished absolutely nothing. Now I’m stuck paying another company to undo their mess. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the stress—stay far, far away from this company. There are plenty of HVAC businesses out there, and this one is at the bottom of the barrel.
