I would like to remove their ONE star from the previous review. The appraisal was fast, inaccurate. I feel the appraisals are just a matter of effort and opinion. If they dont put alot of effort in to what they are doing it really affects their opinion. The value of someones home should be what monetary funds it would take to build it. If you have cookie cutter homes their value would be about the same. I am giving a one star because they where fast in getting the appraisal done but I dont believe they are very good when giving the final \$ amount on the appraisal. Beware! I would not ever use them!!
