potential homeowners don't realize the benefit of having a great title company service them because the bank picks their own people. Ambassador Abstract are great advisors and helped me when I was in a bind with correcting town records when I was refinancing my loan. Definitely recommend

I called from Penna. from work for a good customer, elderly, kind and appreciative with a lot on his plate to help find out a simple thing if a paid off mortgage was removed of record. Raquel was super nice and jumped to help and knocked it out of the park. She sent me a copy! The bank was less than helpful in their documentation, and nasty to say the least. You really don't want to leave any unaddressed issue to your children, especially 10 yrs down the line its more difficult- banks merge, etc. We just wanted to know if we... read more

We used Ambassador Abstract to represent us for the sale of our vacant lot in Lackawaxen, PA. The sale closed on schedule with no problems. Kathy was very knowledgeable and professional, and she kept us updated throughout the process. Their fee was fair and reasonable. We are glad we used them.
