Ambar instantly became one of my favorites. It was a little chilly and very windy the day we visited so we didn't get the full open-air experience, but the views were still absolutely stunning and the winery itself is sleek, modern, and beautiful. We did full tastings of both flights and loved every minute of it. The oysters were incredible — PNW oysters are just on another level — and the croquettes were amazing. Honestly one of the most stunning wineries I have ever seen. Everything was perfect. The moment we stepped in for our tasting we were greeted with a lovely rosé. All the pairing the wonderful. The food was seasonal and the views were gorgeous for an early October in Oregon. The staff were knowledgeable and hilarious. We ordered several bottles of their wine to be shipped back to our home. If you are in Oregon, let alone the Willamette Valley, this is a must visit winery. Thank you, Ambar!
Ambar is now my favorite Oregon vineyard by far. From the moment we arrived we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Brady, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. The food and wines were amazing, and everything about the vineyard has been thoughtfully created.
My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Ambar estate and look forward to coming back next time we are in the Willamette Valley!
