This place is HORRIBLE, terrible customer service. They consistently give my grandmother issues with either leaving her at the facility she is at or they don’t even show up at her home to pick her up. Today as she is waiting for a set appointment she has every week, no one is showing up we have called the company with no one answering the phone letting us know what is going on nor has anyone called us to let us know. Great company that transport patients with care. I am pleased with their Ambulance/Wheelchair service.
Awesome customer service and Patient care ! Love the way they treat you as if you matter to them .
Excellent Service transported my cousin too & from care on time. I didnt have to worry about making sure he made it home.
Had a wonderful experience. The crew was very polite and professional. Would use them again.
