Unfortunately, I think the person who gave me my pedicure may have been new or just having an off day. In going to such a prestigious resort to get a his/hers pedicure I would have expected better customer service and better quality of service. We have frequented the Amba at Horseshoe Valley many times with exceptional customer service and results. Got my nails done by Mai. She was such courteous, friendly and professional person. The whole customer experience left me feeling relax and happy. My nails looks so cute (not bragging ☺️). I'll definitely book her on for my next appointment. Thanks Mai !!
