Disappointing experience overall. This was a non-RMT massage, and unfortunately the therapist appeared inexperienced and lacked proper massage techniques. The session felt more like lotion being applied to the skin rather than an actual massage. My wife had a similar experience, so it wasn’t an isolated issue. Based on our experience, I would recommend saving your money and considering other options.
I purchased the Amba spa retreat as well as a massage for my husband as part of our Mother’s Day personal retreat. I was very disappointed in the Spa itself. Both Treatment rooms were cold, very cold. I complained to Two RMT and so did my husband. I was told that they have no control over room temperature as the room is controlled by the hotel facilities. Have couples massage and pedicure. Staff was great. Really enjoyed a quiet relaxing morning.
I had a relaxation massage with Manbir which was wonderful. She has a special technique with her amazing energy in hands. Also the receptionist is very kins and welcoming . Thanks you
