Amba is an incredible agent. Both times we engaged her (successfully) were quite complex and challenging. When we were relocating from Los Angeles to Santa Cruz, we were in escrow on a westside property for a couple months when a property line problem was discovered. The seller was inflexible and unreasonable, and ultimately the deal fell through. Amba hung in there with us patiently and reassured us that we would find a wonderful house. And we sure did! We used Amba to purchase our current home and she was so amazing and patient with us. We have used two other realtors in the past, one to buy our previous home and another one to sell that home. They were fine and got the job done, but we feel that Amba really went above and beyond compared to the experiences we have had with previous realtors.
