Food was great, and prepared by the time I arrived.
Went here on my birthday and left completely disappointed. First, the wait was ridiculous — even though I ordered before other customers, they got served first. I waited 25 minutes for a simple chicken bowl and a drink. The pomegranate drink is all hype, no substance — basically sugar syrup with ice, nothing special about it. Worst part was the food itself. I always come here for coffee or lunch when at court. The servers are always so friendly and the food is great.
This newly opened (and nearby for me, brick-and-mortar speaking) rotisserie-plus dishes out amazing food (deliverable by Uber Eats), service, atmospherics! Here's hoping it enjoys amazing staying power to match. ... Today's snack (on the eve of Labor Day) included a delicious blackberry cardamom mac (shown in one photo here). I have finally photographed the menu board (shown in a second photo here).
The quality of the food made me feel like I’m in a restaurant at home (Mediterranean). I had the Chicken schawarma pita and it hit the spot, as well as the coffee. Great service and recommendations from Erica. I highly recommend Amba Cambridge.
