I took an old Cat pump that was on a pressure washer that was given to me in to see if it could be rebuilt, unfortunately it had no Identifiable #'s. They tore into it & searched for a few weeks & unfortunately would have had to send out hard parts to be reconditioned, if possible, plus the seal kit was super expensive. It turns out I'd be better off purchasing a new one & really didn't need a commercial grade unit, I just hated to scrap it. We have moved from a different provider to AMB Tools. Jason has been super helpful understanding how we can make our equipment last longer, handling issues that pop up when we break something, and providing routine maintenance that we do twice annually to stay up and running as much as possible. They also will do mobile visits, which has helped so much since we run several vehicles. Highly recommend Jason, Aaron, and the AMB Tools Team!
Aaron always helps me and gets me what I need. And that's why I continue to shop here. I come from Port Orchard, so it's a little bit of a drive, but they usually have what I need or can help me find it.
It was so refreshing to have such great customer service by all the employees I encountered. Their knowledge and expertise were amazing, and they were honest and quick with their work and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend them!
