I bought a fancy dancy pressure washer from Northern Tool. Right out of the box it did not work and one of the fittings didn't function. Jason was very accommodating and agreed to take a look at it. 15 minutes later the pressure washer was in service and the offending fitting had been replaced. Top notch service with no grief. Tip of the hat to Jason and AMB tools.
