Check-in process very poor, take too much time. Always wait in the gate for check-in
It was not a bad experience for me delivering here at this DC. My appointment was at 7am I checked in at 6:50am and It was done around 8:30am you only need you app number and your trailer number for check in. Once you checked in go to your assigned dock and then what I did is that I went to door S029 dropped my prwk in the tray as you can see in the picture down below,, then drop your trailer at the dock find somewhere to park and then wait for your call. Worse place to deliver got two skids and spent half of my day
Amazon A-Z Claim is useless. I might just shop at Costco from now on. Easy to return defective items. Amazon is not customer-friendly anymore no matter how many times you file a claim. Been a prime member since 2017 maybe this is the time to unsubscribe.
