I had ordered filament from Amazon and as you can see shipping labels and from elegoo it’s self the weights don’t match so you have someone stealing From customers get your house in order this isn’t a mistake that should’ve happened if it was just one box every person that’s been ordering filament or prints as hobbyist or full business order you wouldn’t get a box that fits two rolls in there!!!
I have nothing against Amazon, but I hate those people who ordered items, used them for a while, then return them before the due date on their refund policy. I believe CBC did a documentary on that issue - tons of returned items go to landfills polluting the environment. Amazon should review their refund policy for the sake of mother earth. Broken Delivery Promises + Refusal to Refund = Worst Experience Yet. Amazon promised guaranteed delivery by June 13. It was marked “Out for Delivery” that day, then suddenly delayed until June 19 with no explanation. I contacted support expecting a refund or replacement—what I got was a runaround. First agent said I had to wait until it arrived. Then another told me I could keep the items, but still wouldn’t be refunded until they arrived.
