If your drivers can’t or won’t try to deliver people’s packages like they’re supposed to, then they should either RTS the package or not drive for you at all—and by drive for you I mean your flex drivers as well as your DS drivers. Leaving packages in public spaces, inside and outside the building that anyone can take, is messed up.
Just might have to get a small video camera to document the delivery experience. It's too much for too little.
