Unresponsive. The seller never received his money before the buyer had even started moving in! The company partners with a negligent agent, so the agent AND the title company were awful as a team. Stay away, save your license, avoid their liabilities, and protect your future referrals.
I always use Amazon title.
Amazon Title handle my closing. I had faith that everything will be smooth…I was wrong. A month after closing I received text from the former owner of my home stating they were getting a bill for the HOA and it had late payments (this happened for two months), I emailed the manager and the person who assisted in my closing…first no response but then finally a response and them just sending the payment out after I closed two months ago.
