We had over $20K of inventory frozen in quarantine and under review by Amazon. We tried every way possible to present invoices and letters of authorization repeatedly proving beyond a shadow of a doubt these products were authentic and under our ownership, in the end we were ghosted by Amazon for 4 months. We then employed the services of Rosenbaum & Segall, P.C. and in 9 days our inventory was released, and we are back to selling full throttle again.

This was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had. In the beginning, they make big promises and sound very convincing. Once they receive your money, everything changes. Communication drops, progress slows down, and the results are nowhere near what was discussed. I personally have not seen a single real case where someone’s problem was actually resolved through them. Several people I know had similar disappointing experiences. Please be extremely careful. The Law Firm of Rosenbaum & Segall are amazing ! Without their help my company would be screwed. Amazon falsely accused the company of malicious competitive behavior resulting in the removal of our products on Amazon. Despite my company filing two fairly robust appeals with significant evidence showing our innocence, Amazon froze more than $90,000 in cash and products.
