Please get rid of the automated check in system at Amazon. I couldn’t understand a word the guy was saying from the other side, especially with all the background noise. And this isn’t just at this DC it’s the same at all of them. Another downside is that you’re only allowed to show up 15 minutes before your appointment... Two stars only because the lot is big easy to back into and unloading was done in a timely manner.
