Worst experience with Amazon! I had to basically beg them to fulfill a laptop order. I had my order cancelled 6x, and even calling their customer service to ask what was wrong, they come always with standard replies and do not solve the problem. Very shaming, very inconvenient. They even accused me of scamming, sent me an email saying my account was hacked and cancelled all my orders. Just registering here how unhappy Im with Amazon. Amazon customer service is a JOKE!
