Absolutely terrible experience at Amazon Lytton. The security staff and loss prevention team are rude, disrespectful and have absolutely no idea how to speak to people properly. The attitude is disgusting. Instead of treating people with basic respect, they act like they are above everyone else. Very poor security service and very poor behaviour. Amazon really needs to look at the way the security team treats people. This place needs better security staff and better management.

0 star is possible, both for the delivery driver and customer service representative I talked to over the phone. So one of our landrover was hit by an amazon vehicle, and luckily witnesses on the street were able to see it and get some info for us. Amazon don't care about it and the guy I talked to over the phone was not nice at all!
