We ordered a pair of Hook & Tackle shorts, size 36. They sent the wrong size: size 34. This occurred 3 times. Now it is all on us to find the correct place to return them. (There is no "Whole Foods or UPS drop off near us) Or, pay $7.95 to have them picked up at our home where the incorrect size was delivered 3 times. I will never order from Amazon again. The inconvenience far outweighs the "convenience" of their service.
barb actually is the worst worker and person i’ve ever met. the fact that she even works at this big of a company is so bad on amazon and im repulsed from the website because of her. i hope no one everyone understands how terrible of a worker and person she is. hope amazon gets rid of her immediately.
